Volunteer Opportunities

Prince of Peace is a food distribution site for the South Michigan Food Bank. We also offer the 'Free Store". Our designated days are the 1st and 3rd Thursday each month. We need 7 volunteers to assist with the distribution and the Free Store.

Enrich your life and the lives of our members by sending birthday cards. Choose a month to send the cards. The church supplies the cards and the stamps.

Eucharistic Ministers extend the feast of Holy Communion beyond our regular Sunday worship gathering by taking communion into the homes of those who cannot join us for worship.

 

We have eight landscape areas that need weeding during the summer. When you signup for an area, we ask that you keep the area weeded, and the trash pickup. You set your own time schedule for these tasks.

Sign up to provide food for 8-10 men or women.

It is best to have two people per week.

The ideal time to mow is the Thursday or Friday prior to the date you sign-up.
