Current Bible Study Groups for Adults at Prince of Peace:
Ruth Circle meets the fourth Monday of each month, September through May, 9:30 am, in the Fellowship Lounge. All women of Prince of Peace are welcome. The focus of the group is Bible Study, Fellowship and Service. The yearly Bible Study, written by ELCA women pastors and seminary professors, is published in Gather (formerly Lutheran Women Today). No advance preparation is necessary. Through studying the Word and forming strong bonds with each other, we are encouraged to serve the Lord and His church. Contact Jan Christianson for information.
Small Group Bible Study meets the first and third Sunday of the month at POP in the Library at 6:30 pm. They have a community service project that is done one or two times per year. In the past these have included the Race for the Cure Walk, the Crop Walk, and decorating the church for Christmas. They meet at the beginning and end of the school year for a meal together.
